Your KeyCreator 2020 network licence may require a special update! Please note the following information regarding your KeyCreator network licence:
Unlike previous KeyCreator "major versions", version 2020 requires an update of the Kubotek Network Administration Kit. The old Network Administration Kit must be removed (uninstalled) and the new version 2020 installed.
To update the Network Administration Kit:
- Uninstall the Kubotek Network Administration Kit using the "Add or Remove Programs" function in the Windows Control Panel.
Install the Network Administration Kit again (right mouse button: "install as administrator". You will find the installation file of the Kubotek - Network Administration Kit in the customer area of our website (click here to log in). Please enter the serial number of your KeyCreator licences to register.
Updating an existing licence activation in the licence wizard may also be required to run the new 2020 version of KeyCreator.
Note
If you receive an "Error 1920" when installing the 2020 Kubotek Network Administration Kit, this means that a system DLL required for this version may be missing or in an incorrect version.
